Helping youth to become leaders

Nelson Mandela said "The youth of today is the leaders of tomorrow" We believe that every young adult has the potential to become a great leader. We want to give the opportunity to those who don't see themselves as something valuable in society due to their ethnicity or cultural back ground to see themselves as future leaders. This program was created from my own experience in the town I leave in. At this time there is a lack of BIPOC and POC leaders, so the younger generation wasn't able to see themselves as leaders or someone with influence in the future, they believe in the stereotypes created around them. This program is 100% develop to give voices to those who think they don't have a voice in this society.
